chore: clean up repo - remove docs, tool configs, test files, images
Removed from repo and disk:
- _bmad/, _bmad-output/, .agent/, .claude/, .cursor/, .gemini/,
.kilocode/, .opencode/, .playwright-mcp/, .ralph/, .github/, bmalph/
- docs/ directory (outdated architecture docs)
- Root markdown files (18 obsolete docs)
- Root images (8 screenshots/test images)
- MCP server docs and N8N workflow JSONs (7 files)
- memento-note junk (test files, temp files, color guides, old DB)
- Root package-lock.json, package.json.bak
Updated .gitignore to prevent re-tracking.
