Snapshot WIP: solver HP epic progress, BPHX/HX physics, BMAD skill refresh.
Capture uncommitted solver robustness work (regularization, domain errors, linear solver lifecycle, tube DP/MSH), web workbench updates, and synced BMAD skills across IDE agent folders before starting BPHX pressure-drop.
