sepehr a9fe6c1fc6 feat: add interactive .env setup wizard ...

Interactive bash script for server configuration:
- Generates all secrets automatically (JWT, admin token, DB password)
- Hashes admin password with bcrypt
- Configurable translation providers, Stripe, Grafana
- Validates inputs and confirms before writing
- Secures .env with chmod 600

Usage on server: bash scripts/setup-env.sh
