sepehr d6d19eaf0c feat: add API key management script ...

Interactive menu to add/update/clear API keys:
- Translation: OpenAI, DeepL, OpenRouter
- Payment: Stripe (secret, webhook, price IDs)
- Admin password change with bcrypt
- Switch translation provider
- Status overview with masked keys
